The 2019 Andremily Mourvedre is a mouth wateringly delicious elixir comprised of 81% Mourvedre, 18% Syrah, and topped off with 1% Viognier. The 2019 leaps from the glass offering a head bouquet of smoked meats, ground pepper, boysenberry, blackberries, expresso, and plenty of Mourvedre funk. With a rich full texture, ripe tannins, and a lingering finish that goes on for more than a minute, this is one sexy Mourvedre. If you have not tried these wines yet we absolutely encourage you to do so, but you don’t have to take our word for it. Here is what Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Master of Wine and CEO of the Wine Advocate has to say about it….“I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: With the possible exception of Beaucastel (notably, their Hommage a Jacques Perrin label), there is likely no one in the world producing greater Mourvedre than Jim. It is a variety he has mastered as no other.
